diet and regarding nutrition for weightloss

to loose weight, you have to cosume less calories than you expend. weight gain is generally aslow process where people find themselves consuming morecalories than their bodies need to perform daily function

in activity combined with consuming too many calories is the main culprit of weight gain. both can be controlled by you . you make the choises to do or do not. your previous decisions in years past has brought you to where you are today. it's all cumulative.

determine your current average daily calorie intake(also known as you maintainance calorie intake). you need areference point of where you are currently so you can determine where you need to go (regarding calorie intake).

if you have determined that your average daily intake (without losing weight or gaining weight) is 2500 calorie , you may want to start by consuming 500 calories less, or 2000 calories

weightloss regarding exercise needs what?

  • first and foremost, you must learn how to perform exercise properly. doing so will speed up your results while also minimizing injury to the joints and muscles.
  • detemine the amount of resistance(weight) you can handle for each exercise while still maintaining the proper form with aminimum of 12 repititions
  • track your progress .write down the sets, reps and resistance used in all workouts.[most beginning trainees don't do this.be diffirent.do this and speed your success rate

progressively increase your resistance training intensity.you can do this by increasing the amount of weight you use in exercise, increasing the number of reps per set,or even increasing the number of sets. there are numerous ways to progress your workouts, but these are the three main techniques to do so.

undrestand that resistance training is progressive.you you should be stronger in two months from now than you are today. don't "settle in" with aworkout routine using the same amount of weight for expanded periods of time.soon enough, the resistance you started off within agiven exercise will no longer challenge your muscles. if you don't increase the resistance at this progressive resistance is the key

prepare your body for exercise and weightloss

weightloss and obesity and dieting for slimming requires that you must prepare your body for its suitable exercise.probably the biggest mistake i see with newbies is that they jump right into an exercise program with full effort like they have been working out for years
their enthusiasm is high and they push hard for each rep.[the exact opposite can also be true.less motivation and minimal effort is attempting to learn and execute the proper form of exercise]
what you have to remember is that if you are just beginning aweightloss program[or restarting one] it is very likely that you are coming off weeks, months or even years of physical inactivity in relation to specefic resistance training and/or body conditioning. you shouldn't automatically follow aprogram blindly without taking the proper steps to prepare your body for exercise

7 surefire strategies for fat loss

1-weight training: building muscle will speed up your bod's metabolism.muscle is an active tissue meaning that it just need more calories to maintain its present state. the more muscle you have the more calories you burn simple enough? let's go on...

2-reduce carbohydrate intake: say what? i thought you need alot of carbohydrate for feul? yes .but an excess of carbs can and will stored in your body as fats.99% of my clients who reduce their carbs intake for fat loos succeed.agood starting point would be 1-1.25 grams of carbohydrates per pound of lean bodyweight every day

3-EAT FREQUENTLY: i know all you have heared about this befor and it is true.four to six meals aday has its benifets, especially on ablow-maintainance calorie diet.it allows for asteady flow of nutrients to the body which creates favourable metabolic environment for muscle growth and fat loss

4-EAT MORE PROTEIN: that's right ......the building blocks of muscle are amino acids and you get that from protein now that is what i've taught my clients these nutrional tactics, they're on their way to loosing fats and getting lean that's what you want, isn't it?

5-REDUCE INTAKE OF SATURATED FAT: Notice that i was specific in saying saturated fats.
saturated fats are the ones that cause the most problems, healthwise. There are good fats and there are bad fats. there are a group of fats called Essential fatty (or EFAS) that are just that. they are essential to life. the body cannot make them so we must consume them through our diet. there are certain fats that i recommend to people to help them lose fat! my clients know, but do you? (Fl****ed Oil)

6-WATER: Drink, drink, and then drink some more, not necessarily in that order. an adult can probably survive several weeks without eating food, but only a few days without drinking water. Need I say more? water regulates body temperature, rids the body of waste, lubricates the joints, and provids a medium for chemical reactions that occur in the body.

7-KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING! Get with someone who know or better yet - Get a competent certified personal trainer!
Do you know when the two BEST times are to do cardio work for fat loss?

Do you know how many sets and reps to perform for a given exercise in order to MAXIMIZE your goals?

Do you know the proper biomechanics to avoid injury and work out efficiently?

Do you know exactly how to manipulate macronutrients to enhance and hasten fat loss?

Do you have a specific plan?

If the answer to any of these questions is no, save yourself time and money in the long run and get professional assistance.
