as it forms about 70% of its surface water is the most important thing on our planet

it is recommended that u drink about 8 glasses of water each day,

this type of food you can have,acn easily destroy fats and without feeling hungry
IF YOU MAINTAIN ADIETCONTAINING 70% WATER RICH FOOD,you will find that you lose weight quickly as i said:WITHOUT FEELING HUNGRY
and that doesn't mean that you will have to cut out foods as chocolate,cakes,biscuits,pizzas,etc
that means that you will only reduce the intake of such food.when i knew that,i was so happy because i will turn back to my slim shape without loosing my special foods

2-vegetables
